Decipher Plus subscribers

Our subscribers pay upfront for their subscriptions, so unfortunately we won’t be able to downgrade or cancel your subscription if you are part way through a subscription year.

To downgrade from your Decipher Plus account, ensure Auto renewal is not selected for your subscription then simply wait until it has lapsed. Your Decipher business account will still be available, but without the extra features, users and data storage of your Decipher Plus subscription.

Once your business account is downgraded, if you are the owner, you’ll be able to delete it if you choose to, just;

  • Login, in the top right hover over business name and choose Business Settings from the menu.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the Business Details page and click Delete this business.
  • Follow the instructions in the pop-up to delete your business account.

Please remember that when you delete your business account, it will no longer be usable and any data will also be deleted and not recoverable after a period of time.

To delete your Decipher account, just:

  • Hover over your name, in the top right, and choose Profile from the menu.
  • Scroll to the bottom of your Profile page and click Delete my Decipher account.
  • Follow the instructions in the pop-up to delete your account.

Please remember that when you delete your account, you will be logged out of Decipher and your account will no longer be usable. Any data you have saved will also be deleted and is not recoverable.

Decipher Pro partners

To downgrade your clients Decipher Plus account, ensure Auto renewal is not selected for that business subscription then simply wait until it has lapsed. The Decipher business account will still be available, but without the extra features, users and data storage of your Decipher Plus subscription.

Only the owner of the business account can delete it. If you’d like to delete your client’s business account, discuss with the owner or get in touch with us to discuss your needs and how we can help.
