To increase your data storage you’ll need a Decipher Plus subscription and be the account Admin for the business.

  • Click 'Business settings' from your business menu.
  • In the Data storage area click 'Upgrade data storage'.
  • Select the additional data storage you require from the drop-down, then click 'Continue to payment'.
  • Update your credit card details and billing address if necessary and 'confirm payment'. 
  • We’ll send an invoice to your email address to confirm your purchase.

To upgrade your subscription to Decipher Plus you’ll need to access My Business Settings.
