A. Yes you’ll be able to continue to plan and collect samples for your account, and accounts you’re linked to.

Q. Can I still access accounts I’m linked to?

A. Yes, you can continue to access the accounts you are linked to via the account selector at the top right of the DecipherAg web app screen.

Q. How do I log into my DecipherAg account?

A. You can continue to log in at https://app.decipher.com.au/login

Q. Can I keep access to the data that’s been saved in Decipher?

A. Yes, all your existing data is securely stored and available for you to access and download from MyData in your DecipherAg account.

Q. Can I still purchase Plus?

A. No, DecipherAg Plus is exclusively available to CSBP Fertilisers customers in Western Australia.

Q. Will I still be able to submit soil and plant samples for analysis to other labs (other than CSBP’s lab) through the DecipherAg Mobile?

A. No, submission of sample analysis jobs to labs other than CSBP Soil and Plant Laboratory will not be possible.

Q. Do I get a refund for pre-paid subscriptions?

A. Any unused portion of paid subscriptions for Decipher Plus for the period from 30 September 2020 will be refunded to the party who made the payment, on a pro rata basis.

Q. What features are included in DecipherAg Lab?

A. DecipherAg Lab provides a number of features to make the planning and collection of samples for a number of customers easy. DecipherAg Lab enables additional services to be added to your account to aid in sample analysis, paddock insights and actions.
